In 2014, Bank of Ayudhya implemented SAP SuccessFactors Learning as its targeted Learning and Development application to centralize learning management within the HR function. The deployment positioned SAP SuccessFactors Learning as the LMS layer integrated into the broader SuccessFactors footprint, working in concert with performance, talent management and succession planning capabilities in SuccessFactors.
Configuration focused on core learning management capabilities including course administration, learning assignment workflows, compliance tracking and persistent learning records, with functional design and application configuration performed by the HR Technology and Analytics team. Automation of learning assignments and role based learning plans was aligned to talent and performance processes, and implementation tasks included functional design, configuration, testing and operational support planning.
Integrations were explicitly aligned with PeopleSoft as the authoritative HR database, with data interface and synchronization patterns designed to ensure accurate employee master data flow into SAP SuccessFactors Learning and downstream HR dashboards and reporting. The project required coordination with Krungsri Bank to enable cross entity HR technology rollouts for Krungsri Auto, and involved IT Security and Operational Risk stakeholders to address access controls and compliance needs.
Governance and operational ownership were established within the Head of HR Technology and Analytics remit, with mandates to ensure data integrity in all HR systems, maintain accurate data movement between PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors, support audits and compliance reviews, and to build HR analytics capability for HR Business Partners, business leaders and HR executives. Ongoing activities included root cause analysis of system and data issues, recommendations for system enhancements, and procedures to sustain 100 percent data integrity across HR tooling.

In 2018, Bank of Ayudhya implemented Tableau as its enterprise visualization layer to support Analytics and BI across business units. Tableau was positioned to centralize KPI reporting and to enable self service visual analytics for data analysts and business stakeholders working on customer journey and customer value use cases. Bank of Ayudhya Tableau Analytics and BI supports business functions including retail, corporate and SME analytics through role based dashboards and interactive reporting.
The deployment emphasized dashboarding, visual analytics, exploratory data analysis and data storytelling capabilities delivered via Tableau. Implementation work aligned Tableau with the bank's data lifecycle activities, including requirement definition, data selection, capture, transform and integration, and data virtualization patterns described by internal Data Management and Data Technology Platform teams. Advanced analytics workflows were coordinated with analysts using python and R where required, while Tableau served as the primary front end for delivering insights to management and decision makers.
Operational governance centered on embedded Data Analyst and Data Business Analyst roles that worked directly with business units to define critical metrics, translate business requirements into data requirements, and maintain focus on actionable KPIs. The rollout model prioritized cross functional coordination, with analysts and platform teams defining data business requirements and solutions, and with regular requirement gathering and status updates to management and users. The implementation narrative reflects an enterprise oriented Analytics and BI deployment driven by business unit use cases and governed through joint data and business ownership.
