Governance and delivery followed a structured MOE and AMOA model, with a dedicated HRIS Project Manager listed for the HRIS MOE role from December 2010 to September 2013, followed by an AMOA project manager covering Training, Annual Interview, Professional Interview, and SaaS solutions through July 2017. Project coordination included staff based in Ivry-sur-Seine, Ile-de-France, and focused on embedding Sopra HR 4YOU into La Poste HR operational practices and governance routines.

In 2018, La Poste implemented IBM Maximo as its Enterprise Asset Management platform to support core asset and maintenance management functions. The deployment used Maximo 7.6 and was operated under a third party application maintenance model identified as eNOVA, with a named Maximo EAM Technical Referent based in Toulouse from February 2019 to July 2020.
Configuration and automation focused on standard Enterprise Asset Management workflows, including asset register consolidation, work order management and preventive maintenance scheduling, consistent with EAM best practices. Customization and integration work leveraged Java, JavaScript, Jython and Python, with tooling for automated deployment and release control provided by Release Manager alongside industrialization of deployment and delivery processes referred to as PIC.
The implementation was integrated with WebSphere application server and an Oracle database, and operations included management of internal environments identified as SMP, WebSphere and BD. Data migration and interface tasks used Mxloader and API testing with Postman, while source control and CI tooling included Git, Jenkins and SonarQube to support continuous delivery and quality gates for IBM Maximo development.
Governance and operational support emphasized sustained operations and developer support, including maintien en condition operationnelle processes, costing of developments and participation in framing workshops to scope work. The technical ownership profile centered on Release Manager practices, environment administration and a technical manager role responsible for TMA oversight and developer team support for IBM Maximo within La Poste.
