SAP Legacy SAP ERP ECC 6.0 ERP Financial ERP n/a 2015 2015
In 2015 Lacoste implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as the core ERP Financial system supporting the Management of the IS B2B / Partners Competence Center. The deployment was positioned to centralize transaction processing and to formalize wholesale process flows that impact Supply, Retail and Financial processes. The implementation configured SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to handle core financial capabilities and wholesale business workflows, including general ledger and financial posting, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and settlement, and order-to-cash and procure-to-pay process orchestration. Configuration work emphasized master data governance for customers, vendors and product catalogs to align retail and wholesale transaction consistency. SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was integrated with Orliweb and CBR as part of a B2B integration layer, with the Competence Center managing interface orchestration and message exchanges between partner portals and the central SAP transaction system. Operational coverage spanned supply chain execution, wholesale order processing and retail financial reconciliation, linking operational order events to financial postings in SAP. Governance and operating model changes were implemented through the IS B2B / Partners Competence Center, which centralized change control, interface ownership and process standards for wholesale, supply and retail financial flows. The Competence Center model enabled ongoing configuration management and structured release coordination for the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 environment.
