In 2009, Landis+Gyr implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its primary ERP Financial system. The deployment established a centralized platform for the companys manufacturing finance function and served as the core system of record for transactional accounting.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured to cover core financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash management, and financial reporting. Configuration work emphasized a unified chart of accounts, period close workflows, and multi-entity consolidation and multi-currency management consistent with multinational manufacturing finance requirements.
Operational scope targeted finance and accounting processes including month-end close, statutory reporting, and audit trail instrumentation. Role based access controls and segregation of duties were enforced through system permissions and approval routing. Governance formalized financial workflows and internal controls to standardize record to report processes across finance teams.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay | Compensation Management | HCM | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 Landis+Gyr implemented SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay to formalize its variable compensation processes, aligning the rollout with the companys Compensation Management objectives. The SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay deployment established the core application as the central Compensation Management node, with explicit emphasis on designing architecture and bi-directional data flows into and out of SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay.
The implementation scope included detailed design and development of interfaces, data conversion and data migration activities, and configuration of business rules for SuccessFactors data feeds. Functional modules and capabilities governed during the program included variable pay calculation rules, data validation and transformation logic, and feed orchestration for related SuccessFactors modules and adjacent systems.
Integrations were architected to support data feeds for EC, LMS, RCM, RMK, CM, VP, PMGM and other associated systems, with explicit responsibilities to support EC Data Migration & Integration activities. The architecture narrative focuses on interface layers, staged data conversion pipelines and monitoring touchpoints to ensure controlled inbound and outbound flows between SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay and HR information streams.
Governance and operational responsibilities emphasized support and monitoring of applicable integrations, plus ownership of design and business rule definitions for SuccessFactors data feeds. The program centered on HR and compensation function alignment, configuration governance, and runbook-driven monitoring for sustained operation of the SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay Compensation Management environment.

In 2016, Landis+Gyr implemented Microsoft Power BI as the front end of a consolidated Analytics and BI program. The initiative centered on Business Warehouse and Data Warehouse development to create a single source of reporting for manufacturing and corporate functions, and it positioned Microsoft Power BI as the interactive visualization and self service layer across the environment.
The implementation integrated SQL based data stores with ETL pipelines built in SSIS, semantic modeling in SSAS, and paginated reporting delivered through SSRS, with .Net components used for custom data access and integration logic. Microsoft Power BI was administered alongside these components, with published datasets and dashboards consuming SSAS models and SQL Warehouse tables, enabling ad hoc analytics, published reports, and scheduled refresh workflows.
Governance was anchored in Power BI administration practices, dataset lifecycle management, and role based access controls to support enterprise reporting needs. The deployment targeted cross functional reporting coverage for finance, operations, and product teams, and combined SSIS orchestration, SQL data modeling, SSAS cube management, SSRS delivery, and Power BI administration into a unified Analytics and BI architecture.
