Tableau Reporting was configured to deliver interactive dashboards, scheduled data extracts, and standardized workbook templates, aligning with core Analytics and BI workflows such as visualization, self service reporting, and operational dashboards. Configuration work focused on data modeling in Tableau and the creation of role specific dashboards to support warehouse and transport operations.
Integrations were implemented between Tableau and the operational systems documented in project scope, specifically WMS EXCEED, TMS OTM, Dispatcher, FMS, HBI Hyperion Business Intelegent, and J-Report reporting sources, to consolidate cross functional data feeds into a single reporting layer. Operational coverage targeted warehouse operations, transportation planning, dispatch, and freight finance functions, with data ingestion and extract schedules coordinated across those systems.
Governance and rollout were managed by IT with the Assistant IT Manager as project lead, establishing a reporting governance model that aligned IT, operations, and finance stakeholders. Tableau served as the central Analytics and BI application for LF Logistics Indonesia, providing a unified reporting and visualization layer for operational and freight management workflows.

The implementation configured WMS capabilities within Exceed ERP Inventory Management including inbound receiving, putaway, bin and location control, outbound picking and dispatch orchestration, cycle counting, and inventory ledger transaction handling. Configuration emphasized role based transaction controls, SKU and location master data structures, and reporting schemas to support day to day inventory control and warehouse execution.
Exceed ERP Inventory Management was integrated with the organizations transport and reporting stack, including Oracle Transport Management OTM as the TMS, the Freight Management System FMS, Hyperion Business Intelligence HBI, J-Report reporting, and Tableau reporting. Integration work included master data synchronization for items and locations, transactional shipment handoffs to TMS and FMS, and ETL style feeds into HBI, J-Report and Tableau for operational and management reporting.
Project leadership was executed internally, with the Assistant IT Manager acting as project manager and coordinating IT, dispatcher and warehouse operations teams. Governance established configuration change control, defined process owners for inventory and warehouse procedures, and organized staged operational cutovers to align logistics, dispatch and reporting workflows with the new Exceed ERP Inventory Management environment.
