| FIS Global | Legacy | FIS GETPAID | AR Automation | ERP | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014 LivePerson deployed FIS GETPAID as its AR Automation solution. The implementation was scoped to support Deal Desk, Contract Management, Sales Operations, Billing, Collections and Revenue Accounting across the company, positioning FIS GETPAID as the centralized AR Automation platform for invoicing and collections.
FIS GETPAID was configured to run e-invoicing and automated collections workflows, and to embed revenue control and reconciliation checks within the accounts receivable lifecycle. The deployment aligned collections orchestration and cash application processes with existing billing and revenue recognition procedures inside the AR Automation footprint.
The implementation integrated FIS GETPAID with Salesforce.com, Aptus, Zuora and SAP Financials to synchronize customer, contract and billing data between Sales Operations, billing engines and the general ledger. These integrations enabled routed collections cases and account updates between Deal Desk and Revenue Accounting, while operational ownership was assigned to a centralized 23 person team overseeing billing, collections and revenue accounting.
Governance was formalized through a global Center of Excellence for Revenue Accounting Shared Service which centralized close controls and expanded Deal Desk support for the Global Sales Organization. Explicit outcomes from the program included e-invoicing and Getpaid collections that reduced DSO by eight days, deployment of revenue controls that identified $1.5m in found revenue, and global close process optimization that cut the close by 10 days, all anchored to the FIS GETPAID AR Automation deployment.

| activpayroll | Legacy | activpayroll | Payroll | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 LivePerson implemented activpayroll to centralize Payroll for global operations, aligning payroll processing with SOX requirements across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. The engagement covered payroll services for about 600 employees in 13 countries and established activpayroll as the primary application supporting LivePerson payroll, international payments, and mobility workflows.
The implementation delivered configured payroll processing, international payments handling, and employee self-service capabilities including password resets, payslip retrieval, and year end form generation. activpayroll was configured to produce pre-reporting formats and reconciled outputs that matched LivePerson audit controls, and the vendor provided comprehensive training and on-site kickoff support that included the HRIS owner and payroll leadership.
A central technical element was the seamless UKG integration, activpayroll maintained a robust connection with LivePerson's UKG HRIS to automate employee data transfer, reduce manual entry, and improve data accuracy and timeliness. Operational coverage included payroll operations in Singapore and coordination with accounting and HR teams in the United States, with weekly status calls and regular data reviews to govern the cross-region workflow.
Governance changes instituted during rollout included a structured pre-payroll checklist, presentation of payroll data to the provider, and disciplined post-payroll reconciliation processes. Regular tracking meetings and scripted reporting reduced reconciliation effort and shortened journal entry preparation from three hours to about one hour, enabling clearer audit trails and tighter control over payroll accounting.
The transition uncovered and resolved compliance issues, notably addressing under-taxation in Germany, and activpayroll supported remediation and employee communications. Reported outcomes included improved payroll accuracy and timeliness, realized cost savings, consolidated user access to payslips, and greater organizational discipline in global payroll operations.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle NetSuite SuiteFlex | Business Process Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2007 | 2007 |
In 2007 LivePerson expanded participation in NetSuite's SuiteFlex developer program to integrate LivePerson live chat and online engagement capabilities with Oracle NetSuite SuiteFlex. The integration targeted Business Process Management for CRM and customer service process areas, enabling embedded conversational interfaces directly inside NetSuite to support multi-channel sales and service workflows for customers in the United States and APAC.
The Oracle NetSuite SuiteFlex implementation centered on surfacing LivePerson chat within NetSuite transaction and customer records, and on wiring chat sessions into NetSuite workflow logic to allow real-time agent engagement as part of sales and service processes. Functional capabilities implemented included in-application chat embedding, session initiation from CRM records, and event-driven workflow triggers to route engagement to service or sales teams, consistent with Business Process Management patterns for orchestration and customer interaction handling.
Deployment was delivered through the SuiteFlex developer program model, enabling NetSuite customers in the US and APAC to adopt the integration as part of their CRM and service toolset. The programmatic integration reoriented portions of customer support and sales workflows to include embedded real-time chat, and the stated outcome was improved real-time customer engagement through embedded chat within NetSuite.
