Procurement activities for office supplies continued to use Ariba and meeting scheduling and calendar maintenance remained on Outlook, reflecting a coordinated multi-application operational model.
Operational scope included maintaining executive calendars for three Senior Vice Presidents and Executive Vice Presidents, scheduling meetings, organizing employee appreciation events, ordering catering and meeting setup, and supporting weekly timekeeping and open position reports. Expense capture for these activities flowed into SAP Concur Expense, while HR tasks such as processing employee terminations and terminating program access were executed in the company system and coordinated with the administrative team.
Governance focused on centralized expense submission and approval workflows for executives and support staff, with SAP Concur Expense serving as the canonical Expense Management tool for travel and expense processes. The implementation positioned SAP Concur Expense as the primary system for travel arrangements and expense reporting, operating alongside Ariba for procurement and Outlook for scheduling.

The program documented standard absence workflows, configured eligibility and accrual rules, and delivered user documentation and live demonstrations to operational teams, reflecting HR Technology ownership of system configuration and day to day administration.
Integrations were a defined part of the implementation and operations, with integrations configured and maintained to Kenexa Onboarding, Compliance 11, DLP, Hyperion, Crisis Connect, OC Tanner, Work Number, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Liberty Mutual, Airwatch, IIQ, and ComReg. Integration responsibilities included being the main point of contact for integration set up, ongoing maintenance and repair for downstream systems and third party vendors, and acting as liaison between Human Capital and IT for integration governance.
Governance and operational handoffs emphasized security administration and support processes, with the HR Technology team responsible for updating access to HR systems, handling escalations about employee information, and maintaining the Workday intranet page with tip sheets. Reporting and analytics support was provided through dashboards and BIRT reports to surface absence trends alongside Talent Card and performance related analytics.
