In 2013 Machinima engaged Claraview to deploy MicroStrategy ONE Analytics as its Analytics and BI platform to establish operational analytics across digital distribution channels. The engagement centered on building a Teradata Enterprise Appliance based data warehouse to consolidate platform telemetry and content performance data for YouTube, Xbox 360, and Xbox One sources.
The implementation organized ETL and ingestion around Pentaho and Unix scripts to orchestrate batch extraction, transformation, and load processes, with direct pulls from YouTube APIs for channel and video metrics. Data modeling work focused on operational schemas and fact tables optimized for runtime reporting, enabling MicroStrategy ONE Analytics to consume a curated enterprise dataset. The architecture emphasized a centralized warehouse tier on the Teradata Enterprise Appliance to serve downstream analytic workloads.
Reporting and analytics were delivered through MicroStrategy ONE Analytics alongside Tableau, both reading from the Teradata appliance for reporting and dashboarding. MicroStrategy ONE Analytics was configured for enterprise dashboards, role-based access, and scheduled reports, while Tableau supported interactive exploration and ad hoc slicing by content and platform teams. Functional capabilities implemented included data modeling, scheduled ETL pipelines, operational reporting, dashboarding, and API-driven data ingestion.
Governance and operationalization were led by Claraview through defined ETL workflows, scheduling via Unix scripts, and data validation routines tied to the Pentaho orchestration layer. Rollout targeted content operations and platform analytics groups responsible for YouTube and console performance, with operational processes designed to feed regular reporting cycles and support platform-specific analytic use cases.

In 2020, Machinima deployed Adobe Acrobat Sign formerly EchoSign, eSign and Adobe Sign as its Digital Signing solution, embedding Adobe Sign capabilities directly on its public website to capture client approvals and electronically executed agreements. The deployment targeted customer facing signature capture on web hosted pages and integrated signing flows for inbound client document execution.
The implementation leveraged template based agreement creation, hosted signing pages, embedded web signing, and the standard audit trail and compliance logging provided by Adobe Acrobat Sign. Configuration emphasized reusable templates and automated routing logic to enforce signature order and ensure each signed document retained tamper-evident records and time stamped events.
Operational coverage included client services and sales contract execution workflows, with internal routing of completed agreements to legal and operations for countersignature and records retention. The Adobe Acrobat Sign integration was limited to the website for signature capture, supporting both public facing signing and internal processing of returned agreements.
Governance centered on centralized administrator control over templates, role based access to signing workflows, and documented approval routing to standardize agreement handling across the organization. The implementation established web based signature workflows and administrative controls to operationalize Digital Signing for client agreements without reference to a specific prior product.
