The implementation began in 2018 and went live the same year, centralizing recruiting and onboarding for the nonprofit across Southern California. The deployment was scoped to support HR and hiring managers, consolidating applicant flow, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and offer processing within a single ATS platform.
Momentum configured ModernHR IConnect Hire to use core applicant tracking functions alongside the iConnect electronic onboarding capability identified in vendor records. Configuration emphasized candidate lifecycle workflows, electronic forms and onboarding checklists, automated offer letter generation, and electronic signature capture to remove manual paperwork. The ModernHR IConnect Hire Applicant Tracking System was set up with role based access controls and audit trails to support compliance documentation during onboarding.
Operational governance aligned HR, recruiting teams, and site hiring managers around standardized hiring workflows and onboarding steps.
