The ModernHR IConnect Hire Applicant Tracking System was set up with role based access controls and audit trails to support compliance documentation during onboarding. Operational governance aligned HR, recruiting teams, and site hiring managers around standardized hiring workflows and onboarding steps. Process changes reduced manual paper processes and improved hiring efficiency as part of the stated outcomes. Rollout details indicate the system went live in 2018 and has been used to manage recruiting and onboarding across the organization in Southern California.
