In 2015, MSIG Holdings (Asia) Pte Ltd implemented SAP BusinessObjects to strengthen enterprise reporting and analytics as part of its Analytics and BI stack. The program was governed by MSIG managing SAP and partners to provide suitable solutions for business requirements across insurance product lifecycles and reporting needs.
The technical scope included installation of SAP BusinessObjects 4.1 alongside core SAP application stacks, with system installation on SAP Netweaver 7.4 ABAP and JAVA stack and installation of SAP Product Lifecycle Management for Insurance applications. Governance centered on coordinated change and release management, with scheduled installations, upgrades, support package updates, and lifecycle operations for insurance applications. The work oriented platform stability, centralized monitoring, authentication workflows, and enterprise reporting capabilities in SAP BusinessObjects within MSIGs Analytics and BI environment.
