| SAP | SAP ERP ECC 6.0 | SAP S/4 HANA | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022 NXP Semiconductors Germany migrated from SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4 HANA. The SAP S/4 HANA deployment was positioned as the enterprise finance core in the ERP Financial category, centralizing finance and accounting capabilities for the 1500-employee manufacturing organization.
The implementation configured SAP S/4 HANA financial modules typical for an ERP Financial program, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Cash Management, and financial close and reporting capabilities. SAP S/4 HANA was instrumented to provide integrated ledger and controlling workflows, period-end orchestration, and standardized master data for chart of accounts and fixed assets.
The migration from SAP ERP ECC 6.0 required data conversion and reconciliation of transactional finance records, with phased cutover activities to preserve accounting continuity. The SAP S/4 HANA system was implemented as the primary financial system of record, with technical workstreams focused on data migration, configuration alignment, and stabilization of finance processes.
Project governance was IT-led, with Hans Dresen serving as IT Project Manager and IT lead for the S/4HANA transition as part of NXP's Digital Transformation program starting in March 2022. Governance emphasized cross-functional coordination between IT and finance stakeholders to manage configuration decisions, testing, and go-live orchestration for SAP S/4 HANA.

| Beeline | Legacy | Beeline VMS | Contingent Labor Management | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 NXP Semiconductors Germany implemented Beeline VMS for Contingent Labor Management as part of a multi-site rollout and ongoing support program. The Beeline VMS deployment was executed using standardized rollout templates and targeted configuration work, with functional specification documents produced to capture business scenarios and change requests during rollout and sustainment.
The implementation concentrated on vendor and purchasing master data governance, configurable requisition and supplier management workflows, and integration points supporting procurement processes. Teams created master data conversion templates for Vendor Master, Purchasing Info Record, and Source List, and executed master data uploads using LSMW specifications, while configuring vendor invoice management processes and procurement related document flows such as RFQ, contract, schedule agreements, inbound deliveries, goods receipt and goods issue where relevant to contingent workforce provisioning.
Beeline VMS was operated in an environment integrated with SAP ECC6.0 R3, ARIBA, TIBCO and Liferay middleware and interface layers, reflecting a hybrid connectivity architecture between the VMS and core ERP and procurement systems. Operational coverage referenced multiple sites including Netherlands and KL and HK sites, with the system supporting procurement, supplier management and MM/WM interactions across those locations and aligning contingent labor requisitioning with existing procurement schedules.
Governance incorporated formal change request handling, functional specification authoring, and a ticket based support model with SLA monitoring and escalation to ABAP and other functional teams as required. The deployment included end user training and go live support, with designated team leads managing client support and enhancements, data migration activities for master and vendor data, and ongoing troubleshooting of production issues in procurement and vendor data domains.
