| Oracle | Oracle E-Business Suite | Oracle Cloud ERP Accounts Payable | AP Automation | ERP | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Ocwen implemented Oracle Cloud ERP Accounts Payable as a targeted AP Automation deployment, replacing Oracle E-Business Suite and moving core payables processing into the Oracle cloud environment. The initiative sat within a broader Source to Settle track and was led through solution design, prototyping, and configuration activities performed by a senior Oracle Cloud ERP team.
The implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP Accounts Payable encompassed Fusion Supplier Portal and an Automated Invoice Imaging Solution, and it integrated Accounts Payable with core Fusion Financials and Fusion SCM modules. Configured modules included General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Contracts, iExpense, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management, with Fusion Accounting Hub FAH AHCS deployed to centralize accounting constructs and transaction flows. Typical AP Automation workflows such as supplier onboarding, invoice capture and imaging, invoice validation, and payment processing were implemented in alignment with Fusion Payables capabilities.
Integrations were explicitly executed between Fusion Financials and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service, preserving financial planning and reporting linkages, and Accounting Hub was used to harmonize accounting across modules. The deployment supported geographically diverse and international locations, with configuration and support work focused on multi site operational coverage and cross functional finance and procurement connectivity. Knowledge and operational use of EPM tools such as ePBCS, ARCS, and FCCS informed integration and reporting designs.
Governance and rollout were driven by centralized solution architecture responsibilities, including gathering business requirements, designing the ERP feature deployment strategy across modules, and implementing new business processes and functional requirements. Ongoing responsibilities included support and enhancement of core Fusion Financials and Fusion SCM modules, and designing reporting and configuration standards to sustain AP Automation and upstream procurement workflows.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Cloud HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Ocwen implemented Oracle Cloud HCM as its Core HR application. The implementation centered on Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Fusion components to support HR administration and workforce management across the organization.
Implementation activities included configuration and management of Oracle Fusion timber modules in Oracle Fusion HCM and establishment of workflow structures for HR approvals. The team managed user access through a UAM application, monitored and administered training modules using Skillport, and developed SQL automation scripts and SSIS job monitors to extract vendor, payment, and loan level details for operational reporting and interfaces.
Operational scope covered HR administration, training management, and coordinated support with finance operations where staff maintained Microsoft Dynamics AX modules for accounts payable, general ledger, accounts receivable, and banking. Governance followed a formal change management process to resolve application defects and implement development enhancements, and workflows were adjusted to align Oracle Cloud HCM processes with organizational training and approval lifecycles.

| ICE Mortgage Technology | Legacy | ICE Encompass (formerly Ellie Mae Encompass) | Loan Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2019 | 2020 |
In 2019, Ocwen implemented ICE Encompass (formerly Ellie Mae Encompass) as its Loan Management application. The deployment centralized loan lifecycle and counterparty monitoring functions for the counterparty risk team, covering Correspondent Lending, Liberty Reverse, SMP, CRX and other production lines of business. The application serves as the operational hub for credit and counterparty risk workflows and reporting.
ICE Encompass was configured to support core loan management capabilities common to the Loan Management category, including loan file orchestration, document management, configurable workflow automation, and structured data capture to support scorecarding and credit analysis. Configuration emphasized structured fields and dashboard feeds to enable monthly performance scorecards and ad-hoc data extracts, supporting staff who use SQL, Excel Macros and dashboarding tools to produce analytics.
The Encompass deployment was operated alongside SharePoint and Surge, with SharePoint used for document storage and collaboration and Surge referenced as a platform for counterparty reporting and operational tracking, aligning system records with the risk-based counterparty scorecard process. Operational coverage spanned multiple internal teams, with a dedicated candidate acting as the central point of contact to coordinate data feeds, reporting, and monitoring across Correspondent Lending and other lines of business.
Governance practices were implemented to institutionalize scorecard maintenance, a monthly Credit Working Group deck creation cadence, and delineation of first line and second line responsibilities, with business owners accountable for risk and the counterparty risk team providing oversight and escalation to senior management. Processes included SEM ownership for new counterparty platform reporting, ongoing scorecard updates, and ad-hoc senior management reporting workflows, requiring proficiency in ICE Encompass, SharePoint, SQL and Excel-based automation.
Day-to-day operations focused on monitoring counterparty performance and managing risk across all lines of business within the counterparty risk team, including preparation of tracking reports, maintenance of the risk-based counterparty scorecard, and presentation of findings to senior management. The configuration of ICE Encompass enabled centralized Loan Management workflows to support these credit and risk functions.
