Operational coverage targeted sales and service business functions across O’Regan’s Nova Scotia dealerships, affecting dealership floor operations, fixed operations, parts counter activity, and CRM-driven customer follow up. Rollout was executed as a network deployment with centralized operational governance and standardized processes to streamline workflows and drive revenue, establishing Quorum DMS as the unified Dealership Management solution supporting the group’s sales and service operations.
