Service delivery and ongoing application enhancement were handled by an internal Oracle applications team within the Oracle Solution Centre, providing support across business groups and coordinating production issue triage and resolution.
Governance established role based access, maintenance scheduling authority and change control processes for configuration updates, with structured incident analysis and in depth research to resolve production issues. The initiative prioritized operational continuity, steady state support and iterative application enhancement rather than a one time cutover.
