Data conversion work included extraction from UltiPro using COGNOS, creation of MS SQL Server tables, transformation and cleansing via SQL scripts, population of Workday EIB templates, and loading data into Workday HCM.
Integrations and operational coverage addressed both payroll related financial mapping and point of sale data flows, engaging HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams. Technical integration artifacts and patterns implemented included Boomi integrations for the tip payment program, creation of JSON definitions from data element lists, review and adjustment of Boomi maps, analysis of SSIS packages, SQL tables, and stored procedures, plus production validation using SQL.
Governance after go live established Security and Integration administration for Workday modules, ongoing evaluation and testing of Workday releases, modification of security settings to support new processes, and report development for integration needs.
