In 2014 Pacific Healthcare implemented Oracle E-Business Suite to establish an ERP Financial backbone for its finance and accounting operations. The implementation centered on configuring Oracle E-Business Suite modules to support core financial functions while providing an enterprise grade functional support model for a 500 employee healthcare organization in Thailand.
The deployment emphasized financial modules typical of the ERP Financial category, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and cash management, with functional configuration, enhancement design and testing performed by the support and functional teams. Oracle E-Business Suite configuration work included producing User Requirement Specification documents, detailed functional design documents and functional application test cases to validate enhancements and new releases.
Operational support processes were formalized around incident management and escalation, with oncall teams resolving user requests, production incidents and prioritizing concurrent cases according to service levels. Escalation to Oracle technical support via Oracle Metalink was used for issues beyond inhouse resolution, and coordination occurred continuously between business users and the IT team to align fixes and deployments with clinical and administrative workflows.
Governance and delivery followed a structured software development life cycle, including change control management, release and patch testing, and documented deployment plans to ensure smooth transition to new processes. Post go live support, recovery of validation processes and ongoing updates of system models, diagrams and operational documentation were part of the retained responsibilities to sustain Oracle E-Business Suite operations and meet business user requirements.

In 2023, Pacific Healthcare implemented PeopleStrong Onboarding as part of a broader PeopleStrong HCM deployment to support local-language recruitment, onboarding, payroll and multi-country HR needs across Southeast Asia. The initiative focused on centralizing HR processes and enabling mobile first access for employees and managers to streamline candidate to employee transitions. The implementation included the PeopleStrong Onboarding module alongside recruitment and payroll capabilities within PeopleStrong HCM, configured to reflect local-language recruitment workflows and standardized onboarding checklists. Architecture and operational coverage were provisioned to serve HR, talent acquisition and payroll teams across Pacific Healthcare's Thailand operations and regional SEA coverage, with the PeopleStrong Onboarding module integrated into the end to end HR lifecycle. Governance introduced standardized HR workflows, role based approval gates and a phased mobile first rollout to drive adoption. The PeopleStrong case reports 100% payroll accuracy and 74% mobile adoption after the deployment, and PeopleStrong Onboarding is explicitly listed as a deployed module within the implementation.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft 365 | Collaboration | Collaboration | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Pacific Healthcare implemented Microsoft 365 as its Collaboration platform. The deployment was provisioned for a roughly 500 person organization headquartered in Thailand and targeted support for clinical, administrative, and corporate communication and document workflows. Public website source evidence indicates Microsoft 365 services are present in the company tenant footprint.
Microsoft 365 implementation centers on core Collaboration capabilities including Exchange Online for enterprise email and calendaring, Microsoft Teams for meetings and real time chat, SharePoint and OneDrive for document management and intranet functions, and Office desktop and web apps for productivity. Configurations emphasize real time coauthoring, shared team sites, centralized mailbox and calendaring policies, and team workspace governance that align with clinical scheduling and administrative coordination. This configuration profile reflects standard Collaboration functional workflows for messaging, file sharing, and unified communications.
Operational architecture follows a cloud tenant model with identity and access management anchored on Azure Active Directory and conditional access controls, supplemented by mobile device management through Intune where device posture and enrollment policies are applied. Governance is organized around role based access, retention and compliance labeling, and staged user onboarding across departments to manage sensitive content access. Pacific Healthcare Microsoft 365 Collaboration supports unified communications and document lifecycle controls for clinical, administrative, and corporate functions, with no explicit third party integrations documented in available sources.
