Implementation activity was centered on PicCollage's US and Taiwan operations while collecting signals from the worldwide audience. The Flurry Analytics SDK was embedded into PicCollage iOS and Android builds to deliver real time event capture and cohort tracking. Data collection fed product teams and supported hypothesis driven testing across product and monetization functions. Governance emphasized product experimentation, with experiment results driving UI changes controlled by the product and monetization teams. Experimentation outcomes informed a change to the Remove Watermark in app purchase visibility, outcomes that increased conversion and revenue and grew in app purchase performance. PicCollage used Flurry Analytics as its Analytics and BI backbone for app growth and monetization work.
