In 2010, Plymouth deployed Microsoft Dynamics GP as its ERP Financial system to centralize accounting and financial reporting for its 150 person regional distribution business. The deployment was managed by an internal business applications team led by the Sr. Business Applications Manager, and it implemented core financial capabilities typical of ERP Financial systems including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed asset tracking to support corporate finance and accounting operations.
Microsoft Dynamics GP was integrated with third party ISV applications that are part of Plymouths operational stack, specifically Atlec DocLink for document management and workflow and Pathguide Latitude Warehouse Management Software for warehouse transaction alignment. Operational ownership remained with IT and the Business Applications Manager who acted as system administrator for business critical applications, governing application configuration, document workflow rules and the interfaces between Dynamics GP and the WMS, while supporting finance, warehouse operations and IT support functions.

In 2017 Plymouth implemented Craft CMS to manage its corporate website, establishing a dedicated Web Content Management platform for marketing and corporate communications. The deployment centers on a server-hosted Craft CMS instance that powers public-facing pages and structured content for product and distribution information.
The Craft CMS implementation leverages core Web Content Management capabilities, including custom content models to represent product and resource pages, front-end templating for consistent page rendering, asset management for documents and imagery, and multi-user editorial workflows with role based permissions. Craft CMS is configured to support structured entry types and templated output, enabling content editors to author and publish without direct code changes.
Operational responsibility sits with marketing and web operations, using Craft CMS as the primary content authoring and publishing tool for the company website. Governance emphasizes editorial workflows and permissions to control content updates and approvals, and the implementation is focused on content modeling and template driven delivery rather than broad platform integrations.
