EVO Payments Legacy EVO Payments Nodus Receivables Automation AR Automation ERP Financial Management n/a 2009 2009
In 2009, Progress implemented EVO Payments Nodus Receivables Automation. The deployment addressed AR Automation for corporate finance and accounts receivable, automating invoicing, payment acceptance and reconciliation across its United States operations. The implementation configured receivables automation workflows including cash application, electronic remittance processing and exception routing, and integrated EVO virtual terminal payment capture. ERP integrations were implemented to post payments and remittance data into accounting systems, enabling automated posting and ledger updates while reducing manual reconciliation. Operational scope was centered on the finance and accounts receivable teams in the United States, with the system processing customer payments and supporting collections workflows. Governance shifted to centralized payment acceptance procedures and finance ownership of automated workflows, with rule based matching and exception handling to minimize manual touch points. The engagement explicitly aimed to accelerate cash flow and reduce days sales outstanding, outcomes cited in EVO's customer narrative. The Progress and EVO relationship evolved into a long term partnership that exceeded ten years as of 2019, reflecting sustained use of EVO Payments Nodus Receivables Automation.

Workday Legacy Workday HCM Core HR HCM n/a 2010 2010
In 2010, Progress implemented Workday HCM as its Core HR platform. Progress has operated Jobvite, Taleo and Workday since December 2010 to provide an integrated HRIS environment that links staffing and talent acquisition workflows. Workday HCM was configured to support core HR administration, applicant tracking interfaces, and reporting workflows. Configurations included administration support, complex reporting development, and ongoing configuration to align with new releases and version upgrades. Integrations are explicit with Jobvite and Taleo, and operational work centers on managing system interfaces, access control, error monitoring and reporting for staffing system feeds. The implementation emphasizes daily production support for staffing users, bug fixes, enhancements, and interface stability between applicant tracking systems and Workday HCM. Governance responsibilities are shared across talent acquisition, HCBP and IT, with the HR operations team acting as the subject matter experts for Workday HCM. Governance activities include user access administration, query resolution and training, test plan development and coordination with the vendor to resolve issues. Ongoing operational scope covers administration and configuration of HR applications, building and maintaining intermediate and complex reports, analytical support to functional users, and participation in HR system projects to evaluate and implement technology solutions for HR. Progress documents and maintains system testing and release activities to ensure minimal impact on HR business processes.

QAD Legacy QAD Adaptive ERP (ex MFG/PRO) Manufacturing ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2011 2011
In 2011, Progress implemented QAD Adaptive ERP (ex MFG/PRO) as its Manufacturing ERP platform to support a strategic in-sourcing of a $250m software renewals business and to centralize Quote to Cash operations. The program was managed as a $12m ERP implementation with IT project leadership responsible for end to end delivery and global user readiness. QAD Adaptive ERP (ex MFG/PRO) was configured to automate the Opportunity to Order workflow and to improve reporting and forecasting, with functional emphasis on order-to-cash orchestration, transactional order processing, and operational reporting. The project included requirements gathering, development tracks, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and classroom and recorded training sessions for a worldwide user community. The implementation integrated QAD ERP applications with Salesforce.com and Oracle CPQ BigMachines to streamline quoting, quoting to order handoffs, and forecast consolidation, providing a consistent data flow between sales, pricing configuration, and core ERP order processing. Operational coverage included Customer Service, Product Delivery teams, and global Quote to Cash users, with IT oversight for enhancement requests and helpdesk monitoring. Governance was centralized under an IT Project Leader who managed business analysts and developers, conducted quality assurance, monitored helpdesk queues to flag system or training issues, and served as IT liaison to executives and M&A teams. As an explicit outcome of the program the Opportunity to Order automation and process changes reduced the staff required for renewals by 50 percent, while ongoing support and training sustained Quote to Cash functional quality.
