Integrations were executed with enterprise identity and security systems identified in the environment, specifically LDAP, SailPoint, and CyberArk, and the IBM MQ API interfaces with HPE NonStop databases including Enscribe, SQL/MP, and SQL/MX. Monitoring and operational telemetry were integrated into existing toolsets referenced by the firm, including Prognosis, Remote Analyst, and SPLUNK, while infrastructure processes referenced backup tooling ETI-Net BackBox and replication methodologies such as Oracle Golden Gate for data continuity considerations. Operational governance for IBM MQ API followed the firm level requirements for security and change control, with SLAs for application availability and a 24x7 on-call rotation for escalations. The deployment established a central point of contact for NonStop middleware administration and positioned IBM MQ API within the firm’s API Management discipline to support infrastructure, application, and security teams across Raymond James & Associates. | |
