Operational scope covered the Normal manufacturing site while the program manager served as the primary link between assigned program resources and stakeholders across Rivian development centers, ensuring business requirements were captured accurately. Program controls incorporated disciplined project management methodology to define scope, develop end to end plans, and execute sub-projects, along with ongoing tracking of program status, issue resolution, and monitoring of financial delivery.
Governance and organizational change management were core to the implementation, with responsibilities for stakeholder communication, training coordination, lessons learned and formal program closure.
