Configuration work centered on core Manufacturing Execution System capabilities within Rockwell FactoryTalk View Site, including shop floor visualization, operator HMI workflows, work order execution, production monitoring and automated data collection to support traceability and testing workflows. The program emphasis aligned to automotive manufacturing process requirements and included configuration of supervisory visualization, operator interface screens and structured commissioning sequences. Operational scope covered the Normal manufacturing site while the program manager served as the primary link between assigned program resources and stakeholders across Rivian development centers, ensuring business requirements were captured accurately. Program controls incorporated disciplined project management methodology to define scope, develop end to end plans, and execute sub-projects, along with ongoing tracking of program status, issue resolution, and monitoring of financial delivery. Governance and organizational change management were core to the implementation, with responsibilities for stakeholder communication, training coordination, lessons learned and formal program closure. Risk management plans, compliance monitoring with audit and information policies, and escalation paths were formalized to support testing and commissioning activities while preserving business continuity.
