The IT organization governed audits and compliance activities by reviewing SOC reports with audit and legal teams, and managed a $15M plus technology budget that supported Oracle E-Business Suite alongside 150 plus enterprise and departmental applications. The initiative emphasized resilient architecture and modernization practices to migrate toward a data centric operating model, creating a DevSecOps capability and a Data Analytics organization to improve how financial and operational data is provisioned and consumed.
