Operational governance emphasized requirements gathering, IT internal project management, training of data visualization and Business Intelligence platform users, and change control for the warehouse and BI assets. The team performed BI reporting development including PS Query and nVision outputs, and conducted proof of concept testing of standard Machine Learning algorithms within Oracle Analytics Cloud to evaluate analytic models for future production use.
