Operational coverage focused on manufacturing locations and branch interactions, aligning unit management, shipment orchestration, and financial posting flows.
Governance and rollout were organized around collaboration between the Lead Solutions Architect, process owners, and key users to ensure requirements were captured and mapped to system configuration and custom extensions.
