Configuration work focused on case management, automated follow up and integration readiness for transactional and master data flows required by SAP credit and collection capabilities. Operational changes emphasized People Process and System governance, combining day to day people management, a restructuring phase for the CandC team and centralized decision making on credit and collection strategy. The program ran in parallel with the Pride global finance process optimization project and included coordination of the SAP implementation for credit and collection to align master data, invoice status and collections case handling between FIS GETPAID and SAP. Reported outcomes from the initiative included a reduction in long term receivable overdues greater than five days from 10% to 5% of trade receivables and a 17% reduction in full time equivalents in the CandC team. Those results were reflected in role consolidation and targeted collection activity as part of the CandC organizational review.
