The deployment was embedded into the Group SAP Core Model and integrated with SAP FICO and MM financial postings, and operated alongside HanseOrga FinanceSuite components within the finance landscape. A parallel rollout in Sweden was led by the finance team lead through a full life cycle implementation covering 11 legal entities, completed in nine months with a five consultant team, and broader operational support spanned 15 countries with an 11 consultant support roster.
Governance and operational stabilisation included a legal entity merger via the SAP SLO tool, where an interface between the plant controller and the SAP consultant was used to resolve SLO error messages.
