The broader ERP and structural project portfolio that this program sat within delivered more than 10 million CHF EBIT contribution per year through over 25 ERP and structural projects, and the program roadmap explicitly included measures to strengthen cyber security in the related application landscape.

The unified platform improved global reporting and provided senior management and HR with concise management dashboards and a single source for workforce analytics and compensation planning data. Governance and process changes centralized HR control over compensation cycles, reinforced auditability for pay decisions, and supported a global rollout governance model that aligned objectives and approval chains. Results reported by Sonova included greater efficiencies through automation and data aggregation, improved visibility into training and skills compliance, and enhanced insight and audit trails for recruitment and workforce planning, reinforcing HRs role in driving business outcomes.
