UKG Workforce Central Absence Manager was positioned to support HR and operational workflows across the Trust, providing self service access for staff and managers to interact with absence records and schedules. The implementation delivered core functional modules and configurations including scheduling, time and attendance, a configured Sickness Absence Module, payroll interfacing capability, Management Information reporting and manager and staff portals with home access. Management Information Reports and portals were developed to surface absence trends and operational schedules, and self service workflows were configured to enable manager approvals and employee absence submissions consistent with absence and leave management processes. Operational rollout included user documentation, a training needs analysis, and delivery of training and support to Operational Managers and staff to support the bedding in of the system. The Trust implemented interfacing with other trust systems to exchange payroll and workforce data, and governance activities focused on operationalizing time and attendance, absence recording and manager self service within established HR and operational processes.
