Functional scope also encompassed trade finance workflows for letters of credit and collections, and integration touchpoints with SAP related projects. Management of SAP initiatives included SEPA conversion, FX valuations, intercompany loans, cash pooling and fund transfer pricing, reflecting coordination between Serrala FinanceSuite automation and SAP financial processes.
Operational coverage extended into treasury system administration and cross-system orchestration, with administration of multicash, GPP and VWD market manager cited as part of the technical ecosystem. Operational ownership was assigned to HR operations and local HR teams supported by the key user network.
The implementation impacted core HR and HR operations functions, including HR administration, employee record management and personnel process orchestration. Governance retained centralized control of master data and changes while enabling local HR process execution.
