In 2020, Taylor implemented Oracle Cloud ERP and aligned Oracle EPM to centralize finance and planning across its communications, printing and marketing execution businesses. Taylor implemented Oracle Cloud ERP to unify ERP Financial functions across the multibillion dollar, 12,000-employee enterprise and to provide a consistent finance and planning platform for future growth.
The Oracle Cloud ERP deployment was configured to deliver core ERP Financial capabilities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets management, and financial close and reporting. Oracle EPM was provisioned to handle planning, budgeting, and consolidation workflows, and the combined configuration emphasized intercompany accounting, period end orchestration, and standardized chart of accounts to support consolidated financial processes.
Architecturally the program used Oracle Fusion cloud services to centralize transactional finance and planning data across more than 80 business units created by a long acquisition history. Integrations focused on consolidating operational feeds from printing operations, marketing execution platforms, and corporate accounting systems to create a single source of truth for finance and planning without naming specific upstream systems.
Governance workstreams introduced centralized master data management, common accounting policies, and role based controls to support standardized workflows and a phased rollout across business units. The unified Oracle Cloud system is intended to enable more efficient workflows and reduce costs and to support new business initiatives and future acquisitions as Taylor continues to scale.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday Absence Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Taylor implemented Workday Absence Management to centralize absence tracking and leave administration. The Workday Absence Management deployment addressed the company’s Absence and Leave Management requirements and formed part of a broader Workday program.
Configuration work focused on absence plans, leave types, accrual rules, eligibility logic, manager approval workflows, and time off balance calculations. The implementation was configured alongside Workday HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, Compensation and Performance modules, with system setup tasks that included income and deduction codes, general ledger mapping, and new company structures.
Integrations linked absence records to payroll and benefits processing, with integration and testing activities across the Workday modules and downstream systems documented by the HRIS team. Prior to 2019 Taylor used EmpCenter Workforce software for Time and Attendance and Absence Compliance Tracking through December 2018, and the environment also included Infinium Payroll, an AS400 HR and Benefits module, ADP Tax Software, and MHC Software for paycheck, W2 and 1095 printing, all of which were considered during data conversion and integration planning.
Governance and rollout emphasized cross functional collaboration with benefits, payroll and human resources, structured user training to build proficiency, and ongoing support and troubleshooting. Reporting and analytics work used Showcase Query, Crystal Reports and ad hoc reporting tools, and operational tasks included year end processing and purging of historical absence data as part of rollout controls.

In 2018 Taylor implemented OnitX ELM as the company s Legal Practice Management platform to consolidate contract intake and lifecycle activities at its Mankato, MN legal center. The deployment focused on capturing and managing all incoming requests for commercial contracts and establishing a central contract tracking capability used by business leaders, sales representatives, account teams and legal staff.
OnitX ELM was configured to support contract intake workflows, a centralized contract repository, template and clause management, and contract lifecycle management orchestration. Configuration work included building request routing and approval workflows, a series of linked databases for contract metadata and document tracking, and project management controls used during the software rollout and ongoing maintenance.
The implementation integrated OnitX ELM with existing enterprise tools cited by the legal team, including Outlook for email intake and notifications, iManage for document management, and Xcel for spreadsheet based data artifacts and tracking. These integrations were used to consolidate document capture, align contract metadata with the repository, and enable cross system visibility between legal operations and business users.
Governance was established through team based coordination with vendor developers, with in house legal staff providing operational ownership for intake triage, template drafting and paralegal support. The rollout emphasized operational governance and process alignment across paralegals, attorneys and business leaders, with project management continuing as part of ongoing legal systems stewardship.
