Toronto-Dominion Bank implemented Oracle Cloud ERP in 2015 as a program to replace all financial applications with an integrated Oracle Fusion Financial ERP System, categorized as ERP Financial. The multi-month program ran from April 2014 to July 2015 in Toronto, ON and replaced Oracle E-Business Suite as the bank financial platform.
Oracle Cloud ERP was configured with core financial modules and accounting architecture including a designed General Ledger structure to process feeds from multiple banking systems. The implementation established Primary, Reporting and Secondary ledger structures to support USGAAP and CGAAP reporting, implemented Operating Units in Accounts Payable to separate Canada and US bank business expenses, and enabled iExpense for employee expense reporting.
The program delivered integrations and staged data processing through Sub Ledger Accounting implemented as a value based system to ingest feeds from existing ERP sources such as PeopleSoft, SAP and Fidelity. Legacy vendor master data was converted using standard Oracle interfaces and OBIE reports were created including Trial Balance and Sub ledger Detail Report to support financial reporting and reconciliation.
Project governance centered on process mapping, comprehensive requirements gathering and user interviews to capture finance and operational needs. The team followed Agile methodology with daily and weekly status reporting, facilitated sprint planning and retrospective meetings to manage product and sprint backlogs, and maintained formal meeting agendas and minutes to track decisions and actions.
Parallel testing and formal User Acceptance Testing were executed to support Go Live decisions, and the program included explicit plans for development, migration, QA, User Acceptance Testing and deployment to operationalize the Oracle Cloud ERP environment for bank finance functions.

| Infinite Computer Solutions | Legacy | Infinite BrassRing ( Formerly IBM Kenexa BrassRing ) | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, Toronto-Dominion Bank deployed Infinite BrassRing ( Formerly IBM Kenexa BrassRing ) as an Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate intake and external recruiting workflows. Toronto-Dominion Bank Infinite BrassRing Applicant Tracking System was implemented as the public facing talent acquisition engine, surfacing jobs on the corporate career site and collecting applicant submissions through web forms and resume uploads.
The implementation included standard Applicant Tracking System capabilities such as requisition management, candidate profile and resume parsing, configurable candidate workflows, interview scheduling, assessment status tracking, and offer management. Infinite BrassRing ( Formerly IBM Kenexa BrassRing ) was configured to enforce recruiter and hiring manager workflow steps, role based access to candidate records, and structured recruitment stages to support enterprise hiring governance.
Operationally the system covered corporate recruiting and HR sourcing functions and was integrated with the public career portal to provide a continuous candidate experience. Governance focused on centralized requisition approval paths and candidate data controls to standardize hiring processes across the bank, with configuration aligned to recruiting teams and HR operations rather than an external implementation partner.

In 2018 Toronto‑Dominion Bank selected and began implementing the nCino Bank Operating System (Core Banking) to replace a legacy system across its corporate and commercial lending operations. Deployed as a cloud solution built on the Salesforce platform, the implementation consolidated CRM, loan origination, account opening, workflow, content management, business process management, customer engagement and instant reporting into a single operating environment.
The initial wave went live in TD Equipment Finance and the rollout expanded to additional corporate, commercial and business banking users. The deployment integrated sales, underwriting and credit risk management teams on one platform to standardize workflows, automate processes and improve visibility into loan pipelines; as part of the implementation TD expected faster loan decisions, improved customer visibility into the loan process, easier team collaboration, and increased employee productivity and portfolio insight.
