Fiserv Legacy Fiserv Signature Bank Platform Core Banking ERP Services and Operations n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, Texas Capital Bancshares deployed the Fiserv Signature Bank Platform as its Core Banking system to support payments and account processing workflows. The implementation operated in tandem with an Enterprise Payments Platform used for monitoring and intervention in the payment workflow, manual entry and processing of payments, and running end of day and end of cycle jobs. Functional modules configured on the Fiserv Signature Bank Platform included monitoring and intervention dashboards, manual payment entry and wire initiation, user account and product setup, prioritization rules, and reference data maintenance. The program also implemented job orchestration for end of day and start of day processing, queue clearing routines, and batch CSV and EDI ingestion to support ACH, wire, and warehouse file flows. Integrations were implemented between Fiserv Signature Bank Platform and Fiserv Signature Core for account balance verification, and with external screening and reporting systems such as RFA Verafin and OFAC FCRM. Payment origination and channel links included Q2 BANKNOW and CONSUMER for initiating wires, and settlement and counterparty interfaces included ACBS, FHLB, Warehouse Now and SWIFT, with API interactions validated using Postman and SoapUI against Wire Payment Experience API endpoints. Operational coverage focused on payments operations, treasury and deposit operations, with quality assurance conducted in a certification environment. Governance and rollout practices emphasized test-driven releases, including functional, regression, negative, smoke and end to end testing, development of manual test cases, parameterized test scripts, and scheduled EOD SOD activity to keep the certification environment aligned with operational behaviors.

Tassat Group Legacy TassatPay Blockchain Platform Blockchain n/a 2022 2022
In 2022 Texas Capital Bancshares implemented TassatPay, a Blockchain Platform, to support payments functionality within the bank. TassatPay is deployed as a permissioned blockchain payment application for intra-bank transactions, tying each payment to an FDIC insured bank account and enabling 24/7 real-time payments without transaction limits, aligning the application to business-to-business payment workflows. Texas Capital Bancshares also participated in the working group for Tassat Group's separate Digital Interbank Network, which went live with three banks transacting 400 transactions worth $500 million, and that interbank network is architected as a private permissioned blockchain that integrates with existing banking systems. The combined implementation footprint therefore covers TassatPay for single-bank payment processing and active engagement in interbank network design, with integrations focused on core banking and payment settlement systems and governance centered on operating entirely within the US banking system while maintaining bank account ties on the ledger.
