The team developed role based job descriptions and KPIs and executed a roadmap to align revenue operations with organic growth objectives while maintaining oversight of AdvancedMD and Change Healthcare configurations. System administration and governance work supported credentialing efficiencies and iterative process refinements. Outcomes explicitly reported during the program included a visible reduction in overall accounts receivable due to streamlined processes, trend analysis, systems improvement, and credentialing efficiencies. The program also identified opportunities for revenue optimization through systems integration, AI, and vendor partnerships while continuing to support billing operations for a $279m annual revenue base.
