Change Healthcare RCM Complete was configured to support core billing and claims lifecycle functions including eligibility verification workflow, lockbox processing, daily intake verification, and automated claim adjudication consistent with Revenue Cycle Management capabilities. The deployment incorporated an RCM Scorecard and Objectives and Key Results formerly KPIs, and established formal job descriptions and key performance indicators to align operational performance with business objectives. System administration responsibilities for Change Healthcare RCM Complete were executed alongside AdvancedMD by the Operations Practice Management System Administrator to preserve transactional integrity across practice management and billing systems.
Integrations and operational coverage involved coordinated work with IT, Sales, and Business to Business teams to drive credentialing, trend analysis, and systems improvement initiatives. Governance extended to remote and on site team members across the United States and internationally, with a published RCM intranet knowledge base and documented workflows used to standardize training and operational procedures. System administration and governance work supported credentialing efficiencies and iterative process refinements.
