In 2018 Tractable implemented Personably Employee Onboarding just after its July 2018 Series B to codify and run structured new-hire onboarding sessions. The rollout targeted People Ops and HR in Tractable's London team as hiring scaled, ensuring new joiners received a consistent, time-efficient induction.
The deployment leveraged Personably Employee Onboarding to centralise onboarding sessions and automate scheduling, reducing manual calendar coordination and standardising session timing and content. Core functional capabilities implemented included structured session templates, automated scheduling and reminders, and feedback capture to close the loop on session quality. This configuration addressed core Onboarding workflows and operationalized repeatable induction sequences.
Operational governance emphasized clear content ownership by People Ops and a feedback-driven iteration process, with captured feedback used for continuous improvement of session materials and schedules. The implementation reduced administrative coordination overhead for HR and created a centralised source of onboarding activity and feedback across Tractable's London hiring footprint, supporting scaled hiring after the Series B.
