Billing coordinators maintained and uploaded invoices to those digital storage programs, coordinated client mail and digital invoice submissions, and applied collections notes and cash within Deltek CostPoint as part of day to day AR operations. Governance and rollout activities reflected process documentation and training, billing staff authored training manuals and maintained standardized spreadsheets to codify invoice and collection procedures. Those governance artifacts supported consistent use of Deltek CostPoint for billing, collections, and project accounting within the Harrisburg billing function.
