In 2018 TransCore implemented Deltek CostPoint as its ERP Financial application to centralize billing and project accounting workflows. The deployment was focused on billing operations at TransCore Harrisburg, PA where staff including billing coordinators used Deltek CostPoint for invoice creation, submission and collections activities.
Deltek CostPoint was configured to support core ERP Financial capabilities typical for project driven services, including accounts receivable and project billing, cash application, and invoice documentation workflows. Configuration work included setting up new project billing structures, processing and issuing invoices from the system, applying cash receipts into accounts, and maintaining invoice records for audit readiness within the Deltek CostPoint environment.
Operational integration centered on using Deltek CostPoint alongside departmental Excel workbooks and external digital storage programs for audit backup and document retention. Billing coordinators maintained and uploaded invoices to those digital storage programs, coordinated client mail and digital invoice submissions, and applied collections notes and cash within Deltek CostPoint as part of day to day AR operations.
Governance and rollout activities reflected process documentation and training, billing staff authored training manuals and maintained standardized spreadsheets to codify invoice and collection procedures. Those governance artifacts supported consistent use of Deltek CostPoint for billing, collections, and project accounting within the Harrisburg billing function.

In 2009, TransCore's Amtech Technology Center migrated from VISIBILITY 6 to VISIBILITY.net and implemented Visibility ERP to access newer features and update business processes.
