Truman State University EaseUS Todo Backup Backup as a Service (BaaS) implementation was positioned to support institutional data protection, backup, and disaster recovery operations across campus IT resources.
The deployment focused on standard BaaS functional workflows, including scheduled image-level and file-level backups, incremental and differential backup routines, and bare-metal recovery processes to support both servers and endpoints. EaseUS Todo Backup was configured for automated scheduled jobs and recoveries, with technicians executing tape and disk-based backup operations as part of routine maintenance.
Backup operations were executed alongside and aligned with existing infrastructure tools listed in campus support documentation, including Microsoft Active Directory for access control, Symantec Ghost imaging processes, and VMware Workstation virtual machine support. Operational coverage included endpoint desktops, campus servers, VDI images associated with Wyse thin clients, and application servers used for services such as Blackboard, across supported platforms Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, Server 2010, OSX, iOS, Android, and Ubuntu.
