SAP Legacy SAP ERP ECC 6.0 ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2016 2016
In 2016 UniCredit implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to support a targeted Business Intelligence HR reporting initiative within the ERP Financial category. The implementation focused on strengthening HR reporting capabilities and centralizing employee master data to serve corporate HR analytics. SAP ERP ECC 6.0 served as the authoritative employee master data store, with configuration efforts concentrated on employee master records and extract mechanisms needed for analytics. Business Intelligence - HR Reporting workstreams designed and implemented new data flows on SAP BW, and reporting artifacts were developed using BEx to align extraction, transformation, and load processes with ECC schemas. The data architecture consolidated extracts from SAP ERP ECC 6.0 with payroll information from Impromptu and structured flatfiles, using SAP BW as the consolidation hub. Reporting developed in BEx consumed the consolidated datasets to deliver HR reporting across Milan Area operations and teams scattered in Italy and abroad. Project governance organized cross-functional workstreams across dispersed teams, with design and implementation of standardized BW data flows to enforce consistency between ECC employee master data and payroll feeds. The rollout covered HR and BI operational functions and established repeatable data integration and reporting governance for ongoing HR analytics.

In-House Applications Legacy In-House ATS Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2010 2010
In 2010, UniCredit implemented an In-House ATS Applicant Tracking System as an in-house application, surfacing the recruitment front end directly on the corporate careers website. The deployment reflects an internally developed software model, with the In-House ATS serving Talent Acquisition and HR functions across the enterprise. The In-House ATS was configured to support standard Applicant Tracking System capabilities including job requisition management, candidate lifecycle tracking, interview scheduling and workflow automation, resume and application intake, and recruitment reporting for compliance and analytics. Configuration emphasized role-based access for recruiters and hiring managers, configurable approval chains, and configurable vacancy and requisition templates to align with bank hiring governance. Architecturally the In-House ATS was hosted within UniCredit infrastructure and integrated with the public careers site to present job postings and collect applications directly on the website. Operational governance focused on central HR ownership of processes and approval workflows, with recruiting and hiring managers using the system as the primary operational tool for candidate intake, shortlisting and interview orchestration.

Oracle Legacy Oracle Flexcube Core Banking ERP Services and Operations n/a 2018 2018
In 2018 UniCredit began deploying Oracle Flexcube as its Core Banking platform, initiating a multi-year program to consolidate core account processing and transaction services. AGS S.p.A provided PMO support beginning December 2018 in Milan, Italy, with documented activities spanning project coordination, milestone tracking, and deliverable management for the Oracle Flexcube Core Banking implementation. The implementation focused on standard Core Banking functional areas, including account management, deposits and loans processing, payments orchestration, and general ledger interfacing, with configuration and testing governed by a maintained design handbook. Oracle Flexcube was configured to support modular core banking workflows and batch and online transaction processing typical of a bank-scale deployment, with business intelligence and reporting oversight provided by PMO business analyst resources. Operational coverage targeted front office and back office business functions, including branch operations, retail and corporate banking processing, finance reconciliation, and IT change management. AGS S.p.A PMO responsibilities included prioritizing and triaging end-user issues, establishing and maintaining the project SharePoint, scheduling activities, and organizing stakeholder acceptance and SAL meetings with presentation materials. Governance and rollout coordination emphasized milestone control and delivery verification, with PMO monitoring of progress across workstreams and delivery of required artifacts. PMO scope also included supporting a separate Windows 10 migration for UniCredit and providing business analyst and business intelligence PMO support, reflecting a combined operational governance approach across systems and infrastructure initiatives.
