In 2015, University Federal Credit Union deployed Domo as part of its Analytics and BI stack. The initiative organized and managed website content, SEO, SEM, social media, digital ad buys and online marketing strategies to support member acquisition and retention. The primary implementation objective was to develop reporting visualization tools that aggregate multiple databases and analytics platforms into succinct measurements of digital marketing campaigns.
Implementation built Domo dashboards, visualization templates and scheduled data pipelines to synthesize campaign performance across channels. Automated email marketing campaign logic, segmentation and templates were created and instrumented using MS SQL, Documatix and Domo to support targeting of new members and re-marketing to current members. Visualization capabilities emphasized consolidated metrics and cross-channel attribution reporting.
Integrations included MS SQL, Documatix, Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, MortgageBot and LoansPQ feeding into Domo for unified reporting. An internal project workflow process was created in Basecamp to coordinate content production, campaign execution and reporting cadences across the marketing organization. Operational coverage centered on the digital marketing function, encompassing content, paid media, email and video production workflows.
Governance established standardized reporting templates in Domo and a project workflow for campaign approvals and deployment scheduling. Scripted, casted, directed, shot and edited digital video content was integrated into the content pipeline and measured through the Domo visualizations.
