Oracle Legacy Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial ERP n/a 2008 2008
In 2008, Vatika Group implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial solution. The deployment targeted corporate finance for the construction and real estate group across PAN India, supporting accounts payable and broader finance operations for an organization of approximately 1,300 employees. Oracle E-Business Suite, using the Oracle R12 release, was configured with a focus on procure to pay and payables capabilities. Functional modules and capabilities implemented included invoice processing, vendor payment posting, batch-based vendor and employee payment execution, employee reimbursements for travel and foreign claims, monthly expense claims, direct tax processing for TDS, and indirect tax handling for service tax, together with MIS and SPR reporting for daily and monthly operational visibility. Operational workstreams integrated the AP execution layer with upstream accounts receivable workflows and downstream record to report processes to enable end to end financial handoffs. The system supported bank transfer processing, payment batch exports for treasury operations, posting and reconciliation workflows, and provided structured handover and ad-hoc support mechanisms between AR, AP, and R2R teams. Governance and process controls were documented as operational policies and procedures with KPI driven invoice and T and E processing standards, defined escalation paths for accounting and reporting issues, and monthly performance management and appraisals to sustain team capability. Vatika Group Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial Accounts Payable operation emphasized standardized workflows, centralized batch payments, and formal process ownership across finance functions.

Surbo Legacy Surbo Chatbots and Conversational AI AI-Powered Application n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Vatika Group implemented Surbo on its website. Surbo is a Chatbots and Conversational AI application configured to deliver conversational web chat for customer engagement and lead capture on Vatika Group's corporate site. The deployment uses an embedded web chat widget that handles visitor inquiry triage and scripted conversational flows aligned to real estate and construction buyer journeys. Vatika Group Surbo Chatbots and Conversational AI supports marketing and sales lead capture and customer support business functions through on‑site conversational engagement. Configuration focused on conversational intents, FAQ response sets, lead capture forms, and routing to the website contact submission flow, with lightweight conversational analytics to monitor engagement. Operational ownership is centered on marketing and sales teams for content and intent tuning, with the implementation scope limited to the public website rather than backend ERP or HR systems. Integrations are implemented at the web layer, connecting chat-driven leads into existing website contact processes and form handlers, while governance emphasizes iterative intent updates and script version control managed by the site operations and marketing teams.

Google Legacy Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2017 2017
In 2017 Vatika Group adopted Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) as its enterprise Collaboration platform. The deployment was provisioned to support the company’s corporate workforce of approximately 1,300 employees in its construction and real estate operations, and the organisation also exposes Workspace capabilities on its website for corporate communication and contact workflows. The implementation centers on core collaboration modules including Gmail for corporate email, Google Drive for centralized file storage and sharing, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides for real-time collaborative authoring, Google Calendar for scheduling, and Google Meet for video conferencing. Administrative and security controls are managed through the Google Workspace Admin console, with standard configuration of user accounts, groups, and role-based administrative privileges to align with departmental access needs. Operational coverage spans office-based functions such as project teams, sales, HR, finance, and marketing where document collaboration and shared calendars are primary use cases. The implementation uses Google Workspace native directory and domain management to provision corporate identities and to anchor email and collaboration on the company domain, and it utilises built-in mobile device management and endpoint controls available within Google Workspace to manage access from employee devices. Governance is implemented through centralized administration and policy controls in the Admin console, including access control, group governance, and eDiscovery and retention posture using Google Workspace data governance features. Workflows were reoriented toward cloud-native collaborative authoring and shared drive structures to reduce reliance on siloed file sharing, with administration focused on user lifecycle, group membership, and data access policies.
