In 2013 Willhaben implemented NAVAX Business Intelligence together with Microsoft Dynamics CRM now Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to consolidate five sales divisions into a single CRM and reporting infrastructure. NAVAX served as the systems integrator to deliver a centralized CRM and analytics stack for the Austria-based business, aligning sales data flows and reporting standards across divisions.
NAVAX Business Intelligence was configured to provide configurable dashboards and management reporting, using Analytics and BI capabilities such as interactive dashboards, role-based reporting, and data visualization to surface sales pipeline and account metrics. The implementation emphasized standardized data models and reporting templates to improve data quality and enable consistent process standardisation across sales teams.
The deployment integrated NAVAX Business Intelligence with Microsoft Dynamics CRM so the BI layer could consume and harmonize CRM records for consolidated reporting. Operational coverage included sales and management functions across all five sales divisions in Austria, centralizing reporting and data quality controls for those business units.
Governance centered on standardising sales processes and dashboard-driven workflows, with rollout activities focused on configuring management dashboards and training sales and management users. Outcomes explicitly cited in the engagement include improved data quality, process standardisation, and provision of configurable dashboards for sales and management using NAVAX Business Intelligence.
