The deployment integrated NAVAX Business Intelligence with Microsoft Dynamics CRM so the BI layer could consume and harmonize CRM records for consolidated reporting. Operational coverage included sales and management functions across all five sales divisions in Austria, centralizing reporting and data quality controls for those business units. Governance centered on standardising sales processes and dashboard-driven workflows, with rollout activities focused on configuring management dashboards and training sales and management users.
