In 2016, Zetkama began an IFS ERP implementation in the ERP Financial category, engaging InfoConsulting as the system integrator. The program addressed the needs of one of Central and Eastern Europe’s largest industrial fittings manufacturers, covering multiple production facilities and group companies, and aimed to standardize and integrate finance and operational processes to support distributed manufacturing and commercial decision making.
The implementation deployed IFS Applications 9 as the core IFS ERP platform and configured modules across financials and operations. Implemented modules included IFS Finances, IFS Distribution, IFS Production, IFS Maintenance, IFS Quality Management, IFS Human Resources, and IFS Payroll, providing end to end coverage for accounting, supply chain, production planning, maintenance scheduling, quality control, and workforce and payroll management.
Operational coverage centralized transactional processing and planning workflows across Zetkama’s factories and affiliated entities, integrating sales order to cash, procurement to pay, and production to maintenance sequences within the IFS ERP environment. The deployment scope encompassed finance, supply chain, sales, production planning and execution, maintenance and overhauls, human resources, and business analysis, aligning master data and process flows across sites.
Project governance relied on a detailed pre implementation analysis, milestone driven delivery, and tight schedule controls to mitigate scope and timeline risk. Consultants from InfoConsulting commenced the project in September 2016, the production launch occurred as planned in July 2017, and InfoConsulting continues to maintain and develop the IFS ERP solution for Zetkama.

In 2016, Zetkama engaged InfoConsulting to commence an implementation of IFS HCM as part of a broader IFS Applications 9 rollout to standardize and integrate HR and enterprise processes across the company. Zetkama is a Poland based manufacturer with roughly 1,000 employees operating multiple production facilities and group affiliates, and the Core HR scope was defined to address centralized personnel management for sites and legal entities within the MANGATA Capital Group.
The implementation configured IFS HCM to deliver Core HR capabilities, with explicit configuration of IFS Human Resources and IFS Payroll modules, and alignment to standard HR workflows such as employee master data, organizational structure, absence and time management and payroll posting. The broader IFS Applications 9 footprint implemented alongside IFS HCM included IFS Finances, IFS Distribution, IFS Production, IFS Maintenance and IFS Quality Management, enabling shared master data and coordinated transactional processing across HR and other business domains.
Architecturally the deployment was executed as a centralized IFS Applications 9 instance supporting multiple production sites and group companies, orchestrating HR to finance and production transactional flows within the single suite implementation. Integrations remained internal to the IFS suite, with HR and payroll processes interfacing directly to financial and distribution modules to support personnel cost posting and workforce provisioning for production and maintenance operations.
Project governance was delivered by InfoConsulting with a formal pre implementation analysis, milestone driven controls and a compressed timeline that began in September 2016 and achieved production launch in July 2017. The production launch of IFS HCM and the wider IFS Applications 9 implementation was executed as planned in July 2017, and InfoConsulting continues to maintain and develop the solution for Zetkama.

In 2016, Zetkama engaged InfoConsulting to implement IFS Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul as part of an IFS Applications 9 rollout targeting Plant Maintenance across its manufacturing operations. Zetkama is one of the largest manufacturers of industrial fittings in Central and Eastern Europe, employing over 1,000 people and selling products to over 70 countries, which created the need to standardize and integrate internal processes under a single ERP framework.
The implementation covered a multi-module configuration of IFS Applications 9, with explicit deployment of IFS Finances, IFS Distribution, IFS Production, IFS Maintenance, IFS Quality Management, IFS Human Resources, and IFS Payroll. The IFS Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul capability was configured to address foundry and fittings production workflows, reflecting sector specific process requirements that the project team identified during pre-implementation analysis.
Consultants from InfoConsulting commenced the project in September 2016 and managed a compressed delivery timeline to reach production launch in July 2017. The technical scope emphasized integrated transactional flows across finance, supply chain, production, maintenance and HR within the IFS Applications 9 platform, enabling centralized plant maintenance planning, maintenance orders and overhaul scheduling without external system integration details being specified.
Governance relied on a detailed pre-implementation analysis to define requirements, milestone-based project control and risk monitoring to meet the agreed deadlines. The project approach included process standardization across Zetkama group entities, with InfoConsulting taking ongoing application maintenance and development responsibility after go live.
The choice to implement IFS Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul and the broader IFS Applications 9 suite was driven by a need to enhance flexibility and to support critical operational processes that were previously poorly supported, especially those unique to the foundry sector. Production launch was executed as planned in July 2017, and InfoConsulting continues to maintain and evolve the deployed solution.
