Operational coverage was focused on Zurich Switzerland claims operations, with scope confined to the claims area and claimant touchpoints. The EasyClaims automation engine was embedded into claimant digital channels and internal claims workflows to enable automated decisioning and catalog-driven replacement processes while preserving insurer control over product configuration. Governance and rollout emphasized claims process redesign and catalog configuration to support straight through processing and automated settlements. The deployment produced faster, often instant, settlements and improved the digital claimant experience through integrated automation and the product catalog.
