The Senior HRIS Transformation Manager role leads the local project team, defines workstream assignments, and oversees the technical and functional migration of HR master data to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Governance is structured around a local transformation plan, explicit workstream ownership, risk management and regular reporting to senior management to secure stakeholder alignment and adoption.
