In 2016, Clopay implemented ADP TeamPay for Payroll. The ADP TeamPay implementation was configured to handle core payroll functions including timecard import from the ADP timekeeping system, payroll calculation workflows covering retro pay, pay advances, and manual check processing, processing of bonuses and quarterly payments, and management of garnishments, levies, child support, student loans, lock in letters, and bankruptcy documents. Configuration work reflected payroll operational tasks such as balancing hours, deductions, and earnings prior to payroll completion, void and reissue procedures for lost checks, and maintenance of banking logs.
Integrations were implemented to connect ADP TeamPay with Oracle HRIS for HR entry validation and payroll data flow, ADP Smart Compliance for tax and garnishment file uploads, and with Treasury and Accounting for payment and costing handoffs.
