In 2017, Continental Czech Republic implemented Aimtec DCIxWMS at its Brandýs nad Labem plant. Aimtec DCIxWMS was deployed as a logistics/warehouse paperless warehouse management layer to manage receipts and put-away for up to 1,500 material deliveries per day.
The implementation centered on warehouse execution capabilities including paperless inbound workflows, receipts, put-away sequencing, automation control and traceability. Aimtec DCIxWMS was configured to provide slotting and put-away decisioning, transaction-level traceability and real-time task orchestration to support high frequency material flows into production.
Integration workstream connected Aimtec DCIxWMS with SAP ERP and the site automation landscape, explicitly controlling AGVs, Kardex systems, very narrow aisle VNA equipment and AutoStore. Aimtec served as the system integrator, delivering the integration layer that unified SAP ERP transactions with device-level automation control and operational messaging between systems.
Operational scope covered the Brandýs nad Labem logistics and production supply functions within Continental Czech Republic, providing a paperless layer at the site. The deployment improved flexibility and integration with production systems and enabled advanced automation control and traceability across the site.

In 2015 Coveris began an implementation of Aimtec DCIxWMS at Coveris Rigid Mansfield UK Ltd, with project activity documented from August 2015 to December 2016. The Aimtec DCIxWMS deployment targeted core WMS capabilities while aligning warehouse operations with the company accounting policies to deliver time bound month end reports and analytical information.
The program included an initial business and process study, configuration of inventory controls and store spares workflows, and consolidation and cleaning of master data for ERP setup. Project work defined data recipes for master data, produced user manuals, and delivered end user trainings to operational and finance teams, reflecting typical WMS functional configuration and operationalization.
Implementation activity was coordinated with the LX Infor team and included defining processes to support monthly management accounts, group reporting, and weekly cash flow management, indicating cross functional integration between warehouse, supply chain, and finance. Operational coverage centered on supply chain management, stores and spares control, and accounting processes at the Mansfield UK site.
Governance emphasis was placed on business system and process reviews to ensure compliance with accounting policies and to support reliable month end reporting, with the project accountant providing ongoing process and cost analysis and profitability reviews. The engagement explicitly streamlined store and spares inventory processes and defined a way forward for improved control, tracking and faster reporting while supporting preparation of management accounts and group reporting.

In 2015, Leggett & Platt's Schukra Berndorf site implemented Aimtec DCIxWMS as a logistics/WMS deployment. The project, executed with Aimtec as the implementation partner, began in July 2015 and went live by November 2015, addressing warehouse execution and inbound goods processing at the Austria site.
The implementation configured Aimtec DCIxWMS to manage core warehouse workflows including material receipt, put-away, issuance to production, and ASN and labeling processes. Configuration emphasis included enforceable FIFO and FEFO rules and structured ASN handling, with functional workflows aligned to inbound validation, labeling generation, and inventory assignment to storage locations.
Aimtec DCIxWMS was integrated with the site ERP Infor LX to exchange ASN data, receipt confirmations, and production issuance transactions, tying warehouse execution into the plant ERP record. Operational scope centered on warehouse operations, inbound logistics, supplier ASN processing, and production feed processes at the Schukra Berndorf facility, improving end to end warehouse transparency and supplier communication.
Governance focused on operational rule enforcement and process standardization, with the rollout following a July to November 2015 timeline and site-level cutover to the new WMS workflows. The project aimed to reduce errors, enforce FIFO and FEFO inventory rules, and improve supplier ASN handling and overall warehouse transparency.
