Governance and process documentation were formalized through a Front Desk and Office Manager procedures manual maintained by the Office Manager, who held administrative rights and managed ongoing programming, testing and supply of security passes. Routine operations preserved secure access controls for the Sydney site while aligning daily workflows across facilities, reception and occupational health and safety functions.
