Configuration work included provisioning fob based clocking in and out as part of the Civica Time & Attendance system, and establishing workflows for time capture and payroll feeds that supported accurate recording of hours worked.
Operational ownership sat with HR and site management, with the HR department running a familiarisation programme for all 320 employees to drive adoption and teach the new clocking in and out process. The Time & Attendance capability was aligned with an updated fire evacuation process so site managers could know who was on premises at any point in time, extending the system s operational role beyond pay and leave administration into health and safety accountability.
Deployment activities reportedly went smoothly and AAF UK was soon up and running, with Johnston noting that from the moment the Civica solutions were installed it was business as usual.
