In 2018 Marypaz implemented Comerzzia Full Edition as its Retail Management platform. The deployment targeted a multi-format retail footprint of 426 establishments across three continents, more than 500 point of sale terminals, and a mixed model of owned and franchised stores to support the company’s international expansion.
Comerzzia Full Edition was configured to provide multi-currency and multi-language retail operations, a back office adapted to cloud environments, and a flexible communications architecture to accelerate store rollouts. The implementation included the Workforce Management module to centrally manage over 1500 employees, covering shift scheduling, vacation management, and the administration of objectives and incentives.
The Comerzzia deployment was orchestrated alongside Atractor ERP for Retail, with Atractor managing the complex economic and financial structure, purchase and sales analysis, and national and international supplier management, while Comerzzia managed frontline retail processes and point of sale orchestration. This separation established clear integration boundaries between retail operations and financial workflows and reduced communication costs through a cloud-adapted back office.
Prior to the project Marypaz operated multiple in-house developments with many point-to-point interfaces that limited timely and reliable information. With Comerzzia Full Edition Marypaz gained the information availability needed when required, centralized workforce governance across regions, and increased agility for starting new stores under its owned and franchised model.
