Nayara Energy | Oil, Gas and Chemicals | 4382 | $12.1B | India | Bahwan CyberTek | CueTrans | Logistics Management | 2019 | n/a |
In 2019 Nayara Energy published a Bahwan CyberTek developed mobile and control tower application to give head office visibility of retail outlet sales, inventory and device RO status across its fuel retail network in India. The deployment used CueTrans as the named application and supported Logistics Management use cases, with the Nayara Energy app centralizing station level telemetry and sales data for central operations.
The implementation narrative indicates likely use of CueTrans and FuelTrans IVMS and retail and logistics modules to support station operations and fuel distribution visibility, based on the app functionality and Bahwan product literature. The architecture centers on a mobile and control tower topology that aggregates station sales, inventory and device telemetry into a consolidated operational view, impacting station operations and distribution planning workflows across Nayara Energy’s India retail network.

Petroleum Development Oman | Oil, Gas and Chemicals | 8500 | $1.6B | Oman | Bahwan CyberTek | CueTrans | Logistics Management | 2005 | n/a |
In 2005 Petroleum Development Oman engaged Bahwan CyberTek, via the Bahwan Exel joint venture with DHL, to implement CueTrans as part of a Logistics Management initiative to centralize rig moves, cargo transport and journey management across PDO concession areas in Oman. The engagement delivered an integrated transport-management and 4PL orchestration capability focused on end-to-end trip planning and operational visibility.
CueTrans was configured to provide transport management system functionality with inferred in-vehicle monitoring system integration, supporting trip planning, dispatch scheduling, vehicle tracking, load consolidation and journey risk monitoring. Configuration emphasized TMS workflows for route sequencing, ETA visibility, operational dashboards and exception management consistent with Logistics Management deployments.
The project architecture linked CueTrans TMS operations to a 4PL delivery model under the Bahwan Exel with DHL arrangement, centralizing planning across PDO concession regions in Oman. Operational coverage included logistics and field operations teams responsible for rig moves and cargo transport, with journey management workflows extended to remote site movements and convoy coordination.
Governance and process changes established centralized trip planning, standardized dispatch rules and escalation workflows to coordinate handoffs between 4PL providers and PDO operations. CueTrans TMS and IVMS usage is inferred from vendor and project descriptions, and public sources report roughly 10 to 20 percent improvements in trip planning and journey management following the engagement.
