In 2011, Bibliomation migrated its BibliOak project to the Evergreen ILS to provide a shared catalog and circulation and resource sharing services for public and K through 12 libraries across the consortium in Connecticut. Major migrations were executed in May and June 2011, and the work was organized as a consortium level rollout to consolidate cataloging and lending operations.
The implementation used Evergreen ILS Library Management capabilities, with configuration focused on shared cataloging, patron management, circulation and holds management, and interlibrary loan workflows. Configuration emphasized centralized bibliographic records, authority control, and policy templates to support heterogeneous member institutions while preserving local branch circulation rules.
Equinox Software and Services provided commercial support for the implementation and go live in 2011, delivering deployment and operational support during the staged consortium rollout. Georgia Public Library Service began development of Evergreen ILS in 2004 to provision a statewide consortial catalog for the PINES network. The Evergreen ILS is deployed in the Library Management category to operate catalog, circulation, and resource sharing across member libraries, and the project went live for PINES on September 5, 2006.

Governance adopted a centralized consortial model to manage circulation policies, catalog maintenance, and resource sharing workflows across member libraries, with a multi year development and rollout from 2004 to production in 2006. The Evergreen ILS deployment delivered an estimated annual software savings of about $10 million for member libraries.
